God alone is my security

Where are you feeling insecure?

In God is my safety and my glory.

"Only in God be at rest, my soul,
for from him comes my hope.
He only is my rock and my salvation,
my stronghold; I shall not be disturbed.

In God is my safety and my glory.

Trust in him at all times, O my people!  Pour out your hearts before him;
God is our refuge!  (Psalm 62: 6 - 8 RM)

In God is my safety and my glory.

Secured refuge in life and death

Looking for a secured refuge?
You have found one in the Sacred Heart ♥ of Jesus.

#4:  "They shall find in My Heart an assured refuge during life and especially at the hour of death."

Be strong always in the Lord

No fear.  No worry.  No doubt.

"Thus says the LORD:
Say to those whose hearts are frightened: Be strong, fear not!
Here is your God, he comes with vindication;
With divine recompense he comes to save you."  (Isaiah 35:4  RM)

"A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power."
(Ephesians 6:10 NLT)

Stand firm on the truth

You will lose your salvation if you do not persevere.  Stand firm in the truth.

"You yourselves are a case study of what he does. At one time you all had your backs turned to God, thinking rebellious thoughts of him, giving him trouble every chance you got. But now, by giving himself completely at the Cross, actually dying for you, Christ brought you over to God's side and put your lives together, whole and holy in his presence. You don't walk away from a gift like that! You stay grounded and steady in that bond of trust, constantly tuned in to the Message, careful not to be distracted or diverted. There is no other Message—just this one. Every creature under heaven gets this same Message. I, Paul, am a messenger of this Message."  (Col 1:21 -  23 MSG)

We worked hard all night and caught nothing

“Master, we have worked hard all night and have caught nothing,
but at your command I will lower the nets.”
When they had done this, they caught a great number of fish
and their nets were tearing." (Luke 5: 5 -  6 RM)

"Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid;
from now on you will be catching men.”  (Luke 5: 10 RM)

in the house of God,
Trust in the mercy of God

bef your faithful ones."  (Psalm 52, 10, 11 RM)

Jesus teaches with authority

If the Lord is with you, why should you be afraid?

"He went down to Capernaum, a village in Galilee. He was teaching the people on the Sabbath. They were surprised and impressed—his teaching was so forthright, so confident, so authoritative, not the quibbling and quoting they were used to."
(Luke 4:31- 32 MSG)

"The LORD is my light and my salvation— so why should I be afraid? The LORD is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?"
(Psalm 27:1 NLT)
