"Just so, the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Matthew 20: 28)
Jesus Christ did not come to have servants but to be a servant. He came to teach us the power of service and the power of the cross.
The power of the cross lifts us above all circumstances. To accept God's will always and everywhere is to live in the power of the cross. When you accept your cross, you obtain your crown. When you embrace your thorns, you receive your triumphs. Accept God's plan for your life and you live in the power of the cross.
