Cast your burden on the Lord

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.”  (Psalm 55: 22)

St. Josemaria Escrivá records the use he made of Psalm 55: 22:  "A paradox: every day I have had fewer worries on my mind since I decided to follow the advice of the psalm 'Cast your care upon the Lord, and He will sustain you.'  And at the same time, once we have done whatever needs doing, everything can be solved more easily."
