How to fight and win

In your distress, cry out to God.  Trust Him.  Then be still.

“Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the ʟORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.  The ʟORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”  (Exodus 14:13-14 NKJV)

"Your salvation requires you to turn back to me and stop your silly efforts to save yourselves. Your strength will come from settling down in complete dependence on me— The very thing you've been unwilling to do."  (Isaiah 30: 15 MSG)

Amen! Come Lord Jesus!

“What a blessing it will be to attend a banquet in the Kingdom of God!” (Luke 14: 15 NLT)

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me."  (Revelation 3:20 NKJV)

"And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb.” And he added, “These are true words that come from God.”
(Revelation 19:9 NLT)

Behold My Servant

Called to join the Servant Jesus in spreading the message of Reconciliation

“Behold! My Servant whom I have chosen,
My Beloved in whom My soul is well pleased!
I will put My Spirit upon Him,
And He will declare justice to the Gentiles."  (Matthew 12:18 NKJV)

"For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation."
(2 Corinthians 5:19 NLT)

Come to Jesus and live above your circumstances

Come to Me without fear because My yoke and my burden are tailor-made for you

"Come to me, all you who are troubled and weighted down with care, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke on you and become like me, for I am gentle and without pride, and you will have rest for your souls;  For my yoke is good, and the weight I take up is not hard.
(Matthew 11:28-30 BBE)

"All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out."   (John 6:37 NKJV)

A Sacrifice of Thanksgiving honors Me

The Lord has done great things for me.  Yes, I will praise Him!

"What may I give to the Lord for all the good things which he has done for me?   I will take the cup of salvation, and give praise to the name of the Lord."
(Psalm 116:12-13 BBE)

"I will offer you a sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the LORD.   I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people. "
(Psalm 116:17-18 NLT)

The Spirit of Jesus will anoint you with power

Humble yourself before God and in due season, He will exult you.

"But Moses protested to God, “Who am I to appear before Pharaoh? Who am I to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt?”   God answered, “I will be with you. And this is your sign that I am the one who has sent you.”
(Exodus 3:11-12 NLT)

"So I am telling you: Hands off these men! Let them alone. If this program or this work is merely human, it will fall apart, but if it is of God, there is nothing you can do about it—and you better not be found fighting against God!"
(Acts 5:38 -  39 MSG)

Unless your faith is firm, you will be deceived

Don't be deceived by the glamour of sin

"If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts."  (Psalm 95: 8  RM)

"But instead warn (admonish, urge, and encourage) one another every day, as long as it is called Today, that none of you may be hardened [into settled rebellion] by the deceitfulness of sin [by the fraudulence, the stratagem, the trickery which the delusive glamor of his sin may play on him]."  (Hebrews 3: 13 AMP)

Give and there will be gifts for you

What does the Lordship of Jesus over all things mean to you?

"We are intimately linked in this harvest work. Anyone who accepts what you do, accepts me, the One who sent you. Anyone who accepts what I do accepts my Father, who sent me. Accepting a messenger of God is as good as being God's messenger. Accepting someone's help is as good as giving someone help. This is a large work I've called you into, but don't be overwhelmed by it. It's best to start small. Give a cool cup of water to someone who is thirsty, for instance. The smallest act of giving or receiving makes you a true apprentice. You won't lose out on a thing."
(Matthew 10:40 -  42 MSG)

"Whatever you give is acceptable if you give it eagerly. And give according to what you have, not what you don’t have." (2 Corinthians 8: 12 NLT)

Behold the Lamb of God

God Himself will provide the Lamb

"And Isaac said to Abraham, My father! And he said, Here I am, my son. [Isaac] said, See, here are the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for the burnt sacrifice?  Abraham said, My son, God Himself will provide a lamb for the burnt offering. So the two went on together."  (Genesis 22:7-8 AMP)

"The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!"
(John 1:29 NKJV)

Sealed by the Holy Spirit for this One Purpose

Destined, chosen, called and sealed with the Holy Spirit for this purpose

"But Amos replied, “I’m not a professional prophet, and I was never trained to be one. I’m just a shepherd, and I take care of sycamore-fig trees.  But the LORD called me away from my flock and told me, ‘Go and prophesy to my people in Israel.’"
(Amos 7:14-15 NLT)

"I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.

I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people."   (Ephesians 1: 17 - 18  NIV)
